AVX-512 benchmark in AIDA64 is now optimized for AMD Ryzen 7000
Software for monitoring and testing of computer iron has been updated to a new version. In addition to adding support for several new video cards (including NVIDIA RTX 4090), developers also updated the built-in benchmark AVX-512 and AVX-2. Now the latter is optimized for working with AMD Ryzen 7000 processors, the release of which is expected in the fall of this year.
If you are not in the know, then we clarify that the upcoming stones of AMD Ryzen 7000 will receive hardware support for the AVX-512 instructions for working with artificial intelligence. Fortunately, the use of these instructions is not limited, and therefore users will be able to get bonuses for performance and in a number of other tasks, one of which is the PlayStation 3 emulation through RPCS3.
At the moment, it is expected that the AMD Ryzen 7000 processors will go on sale in September this year.
