New track suggests that Tlou II multiplayer will have a Battle Royale

Prior to the launch of _ The Last of US Part II , Naughty Dog He insinuated that his multiplayer section had evolved on something much bigger. Thanks to a few work vacancies, we know that this mode is still under development, although its authors have not yet revealed a single detail about it. At this point it sounds unlikely that its launch is going to give yourself this year, but it seems that the wait will be worth it because it could include a way _BATTLE ROYALE.

Dataminers found new assets stored in the source code of the game, revealing the existence of a map that seems to advance a Battle Royale mode or something similar. Of course, it is also possible that it is an old file, although at the time of writing, no one has been able to validate this information, so it is better to take it with reservation.

The video raises the hypothesis that the map could refer to multiple areas inspired by locations of the main game, including a gas station, and a port. References were also found to armor, helmets and backpacks. It is not much, but it is definitely interesting to know this type of details and now we hope that Naughty Dog does not take much to publicize the official information.
