Final Fantasy XIV: How to turn off all optional dungeons

What is it all about? Since the release of the basic game A Realm Reborn, there are 38 optional dungeons in FFXIV, which unlocks you via side quests. Some of these quests are well hidden, but with our guide you will find them all quickly.

What are Dungeons? Dungeons are an instantiated group content in Final Fantasy XIV for 4 players. A group consists of 1 healer, 1 tank and 2 Damage dealers (DDS) together. Dungeons can only be entered from a certain level and must be unlocked via quests.
A dungeon is built in such a way that you pass through your way together with your group your way to opponent groups, intermediate bosses and then defeat an end boss at the end and thus closes the dungeon.
Each dungeon has a particular level range for which it is designed. Players with lower levels, can not enter the dungeon and players who have a higher level than the level range, together with their equipment are downscaled down the highest level.
* How do I unlock the dungeons? * To unlock an optional dungeon, you have to accept a specific quest. The quests in which you can unlock something in the game differ from their color of normal orders: the quest sign is blue filled and has a + integrated into the symbol. The quests are not difficult. Mostly you just have to walk to a specific location.
What rewards are there? In dungeons, players receive rewards in the form of equipment, experiences, some money and from the dungeons for level 50 allagic stones.
The rewards are available throughout the dungeon. For example, you will receive a treasure chest that you can open after every intermediate boss. In addition, you can find chests with equipment, materia or other items in the dungeon distributed. There is a last treasure chest after the victory over the end boss.
Further useful information:
- All dungeons that are not out of the current addon can be played unsynched. This means that you can play on your current level and with your current equipment. This very simplifies the dungeon.
- If a player from your group completes a dungeon for the first time, then you will receive an additional reward in the form of lots of bonus EXP and allagic stones.
Optional Dungeons under Level 50 in A Realm Reborn
A Realm Reborn has the largest number of optionally unlockable dungeons in Final Fantasy XIV. There are 5 dungeons for players under Level 50 and entire 15 optional dungeons for players with Level 50.
The dungeons under Level 50 are recommended to levels. You get an EXP bonus at the first conclusion of a dungeon. In addition, the optional dungeons fill the Level gaps between the duty sea. So you can go directly to the Temple of Quarn after the levels in the Haukke mansion, because he gives the best EXP from the Level.
