Custom servers will arrive at Fallout 76 with the Fallout Worlds update
Bethesda Game Studios is an American video game programmer as well as a studio of ZeniMax Media based in Rockville, Maryland. The company was established in 2001 as the spin-off of Bethesda Softworks' development device, with Bethesda Softworks itself preserving a publishing function. The studio is led by Todd Howard as executive manufacturer and Ashley Cheng as studio supervisor. Bethesda Game Studios runs 3 satellite studios, one in Montreal and two in Texas, and also utilizes 420 people as of March 2021.

Fallout WorldS will become the ninth important update of Fallout 76, and will bring with it a custom server system for the action role play launched for the first time in November 2018.
After updating Steel Reign of July, which was a continuation of Bethesda Studio's Brotherhood of Steel Studio, Fallout Worlds is designed to give players their own personalized experiences in the Páramo.

As described during Quakecon 2021, Bethesda's Fallout World, Bo Buchanan leader, the new mode is considered internally as an initiative to add the legacy of the users' personalization study of its other titles to Fallout 76.
Fallout Worlds will introduce two modes in Fallout 76:
In order for players to build camps in previously restricted areas, eliminate the need for electricity when building, changing the PVP rules and more in their own custom worlds, must have a premium monthly subscription to Fallout 1st. The service begins at $ 12.99 USD per month and includes other bonuses, such as exclusive cosmetic items and a monthly stipend of 1,650 atoms.
