Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Adds a Ping Multiplayer System Traditionne

Ping systems slowly become a useful standard in the field of shooters in the first person. Well, after many positive feedback on the system in Call of Duty: Warzone, the Treyarch developer has announced that it would now be implemented in the traditional multiplayer mode of Black Ops Cold War.

"For the first time in Black Ops Multiplayer, we add a location ping system as a feature in all MP modes," a blog item on the developer's website. Like its royal battle, Treyarch mentions that it will allow players to "ping the goals, loot, locations and enemies."

As can be imagined, it has the probability of changing the way many modes are played. For example, those who are at the edge of death in unique lifetime, search and destroy, can now mark where an opponent is so that teammates have a better chance of completing the game.

The function can be used by default via the D-pad for console, and Z players for those on PC. Xbox and PlayStation users will also see the beginnings of the field cursor, which finally allows you to zoom and dezoom from the perspective.
